Our Executive Coaching programmes are tailored to the needs of each particular client, but will normally consist of monthly face-to face sessions at the client’s office; last between 6-9 months and frequently includes the use of an appropriate psychometric tool. Typically, coaching assignments are around the following areas:

    • Preparation for promotion or new role
    • Onboarding in new role
    • Developing Leadership style and skills
    • Performance improvement
    • Communication and influencing
    • Awareness and impact
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Change Management

Although Executive Coaching is set in a work environment and has  work related objectives, the coaching may well stray into areas outside of work and in nearly all cases the results of the coaching will have a positive influence in all areas of a client’s live, not just on their work. Because of this blurring of work and private lives in coaching we insist that our work with clients is confidential and even if an organisation is sponsoring and funding the coaching we will always respect the coaching client’s confidentiality and will not report on coaching content to their Manager anyone else unless the person being coached specifically requests it.
